My question involves child support in the State of: Fl


I am paying support for two sons. One son is now 19 and my youngest is 18years old and lives with his mother. My youngest is still in high school, for he has failed twice. Should'nt they both be emancipated and I only have to pay the arreage that I owe? If so do I have to apply to Fl to do this and how?:confused:

What does the CS order say? Mine said CS stopped when the child turned 18. Some say that it stops when the child finishes high school OR turns 18, whichever is later.
