Search Warrant Copied - Changed Names
My question involves search and seizure law for Federal Search Warrants. A warrant was served and the warrant has very little information about me and when it refers to my residence, seems to be describing a different house. The warrant was served in connecton to a warrant served on someone else in another state/federal district. Is there a way to get a copy of the search warrant(s) served on others connected to my case?

Warrants that may or may not even exist?

If you're charged with a crime, your lawyer should be able to get those portions of the investigation file that would not compromise any ongoing investigation. The file may include other applications for warrants, warrants, and returns on the warrants.
