What Can I Do

I have a little girl with a woman i am not married to. For over a year now I have been getting her every week end, I noticed she was acting strange and asking weird questions as well as begging me not to go home because her mommy didn't love her and i saw honest fear in her eyes. when i questioned her mom she cut off all visitation with my daughter , there is nothing in writing yet but I miss my girl terribly. i am unemployed and can't afford an attorney. what can I do?
