Is the Issue Resolved or Will LP Go for More
My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA

i was an employee who made stupid decisions and was fired for minor shoplifting. no police, lp handled everything and the issue was taken care of. this was about a week ago.

i am now concerned about the things i didnt discuss with lp that i did. i realized coupons were reusable and didn't think it would be a big deal to take a few esp since customers themselves often pass around coupons in line and reuse them. i did not use these coupons, but came into the store with friends who did. looking back i realize how stupid this was. i also did not return two small items because we did not discuss them in the meeting with LP where i was in a blind state of panic.

so if the issue is resolved, would LP go back and review more tapes to try to find more things i did wrong? also if they caught me and had the LP meeting, would they hold back information to accuse me later? would they have listened to my confession, "resolved" the matter, and then prosecute the other stuff later? if they didnt bring it up in the meeting do they know about it? would they audit me after terminating me? and would they pursue that audit if it was just some coupons? i realize how generally bad and stupid my decision making was and feel awful. i learned my lesson and am ready to take responsibility for everything. i just want to know if i can rest easy and take this as a lesson learned that it's over and done with. or do i have to be concerned about them reviewing tapes, investigating more, and having police show up one day.

I think you are safe on the coupons. Stores know people pass around those store discount coupons, hence why some stores are now making them with individual codes....so it can't be used on more than one day.
