Violation of Deferred Sentence After Relocating to Another State
I had just started a 6 month deferred adjudication but had not reported in yet. It was a originally a class c misdemeanor and with my court date, i got disorderly conduct on deferred. I missed my first report date and rescheduled (no transportation) and missed it again for the same reason. I left the state due to a situation involving custody of my daughter, knowing that I was/am in violation. I have every intent on returning but, due to my lack of any kind of money right now, I have no way to get back. If I turn myself into the local jail/courthouse, would they transport me back to the county that I violated in or would they let me serve out my time here?

The "local courthouse" being a court in a different state? Then no and no.
It's unlikely that even if you turned yourself in to the police, another state will extradite you over a Class C misdemeanor. You may nonetheless be classified as a fugitive, and excluded from certain forms of public assistance or government benefits.
