Motion to Be Added to Court Calendar
My question involves divorce in the State of: Kentucky

I prepared and filed my own divorce papers today in the Circuit Court of Greenup County Kentucky. I was told when I bought the forms from a Paralegal locally, that I would receive a court date as soon as I file the forms. When I filed them I asked for my court date and the lady looked at me like I was an idiot. I asked how I could get this date and she states that I needed to file a Motion to the court to be added to the court calendar and to put in that motion what I wanted the Judge to do about my case. How can I find an example on how to write this motion? I hope I made sense. :D

I would hope that the paralegal you used would apologize and provide the needed motion. If not, ask for forms at the courthouse, or see what's available here. If you can't find a standard form to suit your need, you can always politely ask the clerk to find a sample document from another court file - they don't have to help you do that, but some clerks will go the extra mile.
