Alcohol on Beach, Not Cited for MIP - Can I Still Be Charged
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California.
I was at a Los Angeles County Beach this week and I was cited for Possession of Alcohol on Beach (17.12.320); the cup I admitted was mine tested positive for alcohol. I am 20. Even though I was not cited for MIP, is it possible that the citation could be added later on? Thanks.

They can but they probably would of done it already.
