    Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Ticket
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

Last night I was pulled over in Nacogdoches County for an out license plate light and my car was searched. The cop found a little pipe (a one-hitter) and a few roaches, so I was given a ticket for Possession or Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia. I also have no criminal record. Do I need an attorney, will this give me a criminal record and do I have to worry about probation or jail time? Any and all feedback will be appreciated. Thank you.

A local criminal defense lawyer can advise you about available options that might allow you to avoid a criminal conviction, and whether you qualify. I suggest starting there.
