Paid Security Deposit but Never Signed Lease
My question involves a security deposit in the State of: Ohio
I paid a security deposit but never signed a lease. Essentially I found a better apartment 1 week before I was supposed to move in. Logic tells me that I am entitled to my security deposit. Am I correct in assuming this???

If you never signed the lease, you are entitled to the return of your security deposit, unless you signed an agreement stating otherwise.
