Help Getting Emancipated

Im 16 and i live in ohio..i just moved here after my dad said he didnt want me to live with him anymore..He used to always hit me and leave bruses and everything..When i was 15 i started dating my boyfriend he was 20..and my dad didnt like it..now i live with my mom and she tred to take my phone that my boyfriend bought me and i wouldnt let her so she beat me. And now i have bruses and cuts on my hands and my face.......i want to get emancipated but i need help! she wont let me use the house phone and i have no cell phone!!i dont know what to do....can some one please help me.

Ohio permits emancipation only through lawful marriage or active duty military service. If you move out without parental consent it's called "running away from home."
