    Georgia "Red Tag" Evictions
My question involves an eviction in the state of: Georgia

I have followed the standard procedure of answering a disposessory warrant in GA. The judge ruled in favor of the landlord. The landlord informed me that I would have 24 hours to be out of the apartment after the 7th day. I have not been able to find this "red tag" he referred to anywhere in GA law sites. Most of the sites say I have 7 days.
What is a "red tag" eviction and can I do anything to stop the 24 hour eviction? Need help ASAP!

If you want to avoid being evicted, you need to win the dispossessory action when your landlord tries to evict you. If you want to avoid having your landlord's agents physically remove your belongings from the premises pursuant to an order of eviction, you should move them (or arrange for them to be moved) yourself prior to the date the landlord is permitted to remove them. You can also look into your appeals rights from the judgment of eviction.

The "red tag" is a notice the landlord (or the landlord's agent) may post on your door informing you that you must remove your items from the premises or they will be physically removed.
