Modification of Child Custody

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: North Carolina

I would like to add some add'l items to the Custody order my ex and I currently have. I can not afford a lalwer, so I am trying to do this myself. The problem is, I can find the form to modify child support, but not the child custody.

All I want to do is to add that my son be able to call me 2 days a week, her meet me 1/2 way when dropping him off after my weekend and that I am aware of where he will be going to summer camp.

Does anyone know what form should be used or would I need to make my own form by using previous examples?

Have you checked with the court clerk's office to see if they can tell you where to find the custody modification forms? If not, try that first.

You might need to write up the petition yourself. You can use the form for CS modification as a template.
