What if a lawyer sends you multiple letters saying you dont have a right to use a road even though you provide him with documented proof that you own the road and their clients deeds specifically exclude the road. Without the road I am landlocked. The letters also claim that if I use the road Im trespassing. There were also other letters saying things like I cant modify a fence on my undisputed property.
