    Emancipation When Pregnant In Washington
I've heard a rumor that you can automatically be emancipated if you are pregnant under the age of 18. Is this true in the state of washington??

Oh. So you would still have to go through all the court stuff to get emancipated still?

Also, is it possible to get married under the age of 18, without parental consent?

Depending upon state law and your age you would need parental consent, court approval, or both.
