Retroactive Child Support in Tennessee

My question involves child support in the State of: Tennessee. To make a long story short...I was briefly involved with a girl when I was 19. She cheated on me and that was that. She came to me about 8 months later stating she was pregnant and it was mine. I of course wanted a DNA test and she refuses and disappered again. SHe contacted me when the child was born and so I went to the hospital. I was intoxicated severly and signed a acknowledgement of paternity form. I had no clue what this was and no one explained it to me. I had several witnesses to this fact. About two years later, she came back to me and said that she wanted my name off the birth certificate because she was not mine and her live in boyfriend wanted his name on it. I agreed, went to a lawyers office and signed away. The kid's last name is not mine. She continued living with this boyfriend of her's and the kid called him daddy. NOW, that was in 2002. In 2009, this girl and guy broke up. He moved out and I received a petition in the mail stating she wants child support including retroactive from the time this kid was born in 2002. I have NEVER seen this kid, I was told she was not mine. I was not contacted until 7 years later. Court is about to make me pay dearly just on this stupid girl's word. I am married now with my own children and I just want to know my rights? This kid was being supported by her live in boyfriend for years that she called daddy. AND i do have pictures of the kid and this guy together. In the photo on the bottom, the mother has put in quotes," **** with her dad..." This just isn't right, I dont want this kid, don't want to see this kid and don't see how this is fair. PLEASE HELP!
