Arrest Warrant,court Order Custody Change
My question involves criminal law for the state of: texas/minnesota
I was never notified by my court appointed attoreny of the court in tx of a court date in april. i was just issued temp. custody of daughter and have order to pick up daughter june 13. the ex is using warrant,threatening i will be arrested on the 13 when i pick up my daughter. i sent letter and evidence to judge requesting warrant/charges be dropped 3 weeks ago on a hint this exsisted,but i have heard nothing. what can i do to avoid arrest on the 13 when i get my daughter whom i havent seen in almost a year.

Warrants don't just go away. Once they're issued, you need to get in front of the court that issued it so that it can be dealt with - in person - court's don't do letters. If you don't want to get arrested on some particular day, then you can turn yourself in and deal with it earlier.
