Emancipation for Pregnant Friend
i live in ohio and so does my friend. she does not have a computer at her home so being the friend that i am i told her i will seek help for her problem. she is 16 years old and will be 17 march 25 or so. she is pregnat and has been for couple months now. her and her boyfriend told her mom about the baby but not the boyfriends mom because they knew she would go crazy. well two days ago he thought that it would be ok to tell her because she asked why his grades were low and he began to cry and she asked if my friend was pregnat and he said yes. the mother freaked out and started hitting him and punching him and told him he is moving to west virgina to live with his dad because she cant deal with the whole situation. Is there any way he can get emancipated in west virgina or maybe is there any kind of law in ohio about if a minor is pregnat can she get married to her boyfriend and her get emancipated? please help and take the questions into consideration. in the mean time im going to do some research on my own!! thank you :?
