To cut a long story short, I got a $700 ticket which was nonsense.
I had to pay it in full to fight it in court, which I did.....
At my trial, the officer didnt show up, so I was told case dismissed and to leave the court, and I would get a full refund.
12 weeks later still no money.
What can I do to try get my money back?

Call the court clerk and explain the situation. It may take up to 3 or 4 months to make it's way through such a large system. But call just to be sure it has not slipped through the cracks.
