Adoption and Child Support

I am currently pregnant with my 4th child. I am not married to the bio, and he is not the father to my other 3. If I put this baby up for adoption, and the bio wants to take the baby, will I be obliged to pay child support - if I want nothing to do w/the baby?

yes, it is very possible that you would be ordered to pay CS to your child's father.

Wouldn't the "bio" mom have to get the father's consent to put the child up for adoption?
