Legal Issues with Reporting on Motorsport

Hi,

I plan to open a website in a few months dedicated to motorsport and cars.

Will I be infringing any copyright laws by reporting news in sports such as Formula 1 and Moto GP, using those phrases, publishing comment articles on those topics, and publishing photographs of cars (with the photographers permission of course).

If your photographs are duly licensed, and your reporting is all original, it shouldn't be a problem. Laws, of course, vary by state and country.
