Pardon/Expunge for Welfare Fraud
My question involves criminal law for the state of: South Carolina.
I was charged with Fraudulent acquisition of food stamps in 2006, as a result a family member PAID $9860.00 the same day convicted. No probation, or supervision. This is my first offense. It has been 3yrs. My question is how long before my crime can be expunged?
Re: Pardon/Expunge for Welfare Fraud
South Carolina only allows for expungement under certain very narrowly defined circumstances.
Your conviction appears to be ineligible.
