I'm getting married to a to a women who is a citizen of Mexico. My questions is the how long does she have to (if she has to at all) wait before being able to attend college?
Please I really need some help if anyone knows.
It would probably be best for you to discuss this with the college. There are a couple ways...one would be for you to sponsor her for permanant residency (Green card), which when she gets the LPR status, she will be able to attend college as a resident. Another alternative would be try for a student visa...but it would be best to speak to the admissions department at the college.
