Can I Move Out at 14

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Georgia:(
I'm wondering my sister moved out just a couple days ago and I want to move in with her when I turn 14 is that legal?

It would depend. How old is your sister? Are your parents willing to give LEGAL guardianship to her?

BTW: This thread is NOT emancipation. Emancipation would involve you being ENTIRELY self supportive. Living on your own and paying ALL of your expenses. What you are inquiring about is a change of guardianship.

Until you turn 18, you can only move out WITH your parents' permission.

Under no circumstances can a 14 year old move out without permission. NONE.
