Emancipating in California
i hate my mother and her husband. i want an emancipation and i am already looking for a job. i have a place to live in with my boyfriend who is not a minor. yesterday i ade a mistake and called my step dad a child mollester and that he doesnt buy me nothing!!when, actuaaly, he does. all i wanted to get him pissed and kick me out. the problem is that from their point of view they are SAVING me from myself and do their best by GIVING me all these STUPID punishments when i am a exellent student, nice daughter, and i even attend 2 college classes by my own will. i never been drunk or anything . my step dad punishes me for nothing all the time in a very humilliating ways! his 33-yea-old daughter is comming soon to talk to me. she is a real Daddy's girl and she wants to kill me for calling him all that. i CAnt take all this pressure on me from my CRAzy mother ( we physiacally fight) my step dad who thinks he has all power over me and now, his huge daugher!!
they are very ( believe me) mentaly abusive and i already have some mentall problems and they dont even let me cry cos they ll put me into the psychiatric hospital. last year they took me to the sichyatrist and all i want is to be out of this hell!!!
i do everything and even more to be kinda good but all they do is give tons of restrictions and punishments.
please help me!! do i have a chance for an emancipation?
if i ll have a job and a place to live?iam 16.
