Juvenile Penalty for Vehicular Theft

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Illinois. I was wondering if anyone could help me find the juvenile penalties for vehicular theft & criminal damage over $300 in Illinois. I know both charges are felonies. He is 16, stole a car & wrecked it. He has previous charges for illegal consumption of alcohol & criminal trespass.

Juvenile penalties are largely at the discretion of the juvenile court, up to the date the minor "ages out" of the court's jurisdiction.
