Father Wants to Keep Custody

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio
My wife at the time left when our daughter was 4. From that time I have had custody of her. When we were divorced I was made custodial parent and my ex was given visitation rights and she pays me child support. My daughter is now 9 and I have been remarried for 2 years.
In the past 5 years my ex has been married and divorced again, moved 3 times and is about to move in with her boyfriend and now wants custody.
My question is, I want to keep custody of my daughter, my daughter is happy and wants to stay living with me, do I have something to worry about that my ex can get custody?

Given the seeming instability of her home life, I'd think the courts would look askance at her having custody. But my opinion and $5 will only get you coffee at Starbucks.
