I also stole from ShopKo-some make up totaling about $10 It was a ShopKo store in WI I was given a civil ticket-but i just paid the fine so it is still on my record-i also had to pay a civil demand of $220.02 plus a ticket another person i know also got caught in the make-up section of ShopKo a couple of weeks after i got caught-it was her first offense and she went to court and they gave her 7 hours of community service and she had to attend a 2 hour class (costing $70) and it is off her record forever! One question-are you a juvenile or an adult. And is your court date mandatory?-mine wast-but if you want comm. service you should go-

i also stole from shopko--shoes that were $22--I am in the same situation as your friend--first time with nothing on my record--do you think I could get the same thing? Why were you given a civil ticket, paid a fine, and have it still on your record? Do you know what made the circumstances different?

I just want to put this behind me and have no one know. If there is any way to get it off of my recorde I'll do it--I just need so help
