Retail Fraud (Third Degree) Diversion Program
Does anyone know how an adult in their mid-twenties accused of third degree retail fraud can become applicable for Oakland County, Michigan’s retail fraud diversion program? Thanks,

Did the court tell you that you are too old to qualify?

Unlikely to get diversion if it's Troy. Troy is very strict. It's conviction for sure if it's Troy court. Try for disorderly conduct conviction - it should not affect you unless you plan to teach in next 5 years. Conviction of retail fraud has fraud word in it. So, employers will be vary in case they found out.
