Child Given Up for Adoption Without Boyfriend Knowing

My question involves adoption law for the State of: Oregon

My fiance crossed state lines, with the help of both a CA lawyer and OR lawyer, to give birth, then sign our child over to potential adoptive parents, just hours after her birth. I, as well as my family, friends, co-workers, was that my child was stillborn a week before her LIVE birth. I discovered the truth the day she was born. I flew up to Portland and arrived just 1 hour after both my fiance and my child left the hospital. My child was able to leave the hospital with the potential adoptive parents. My question is this - Since I did not know of her intentions, and she lied to everyone involved about my knowing and approving of this atrocity, do I still have any rights to my child? Oregon requires a 30 day notice of paternity if the birth father wants custody, but since I did not know what she was doing, I was even told she was in Texas when my baby died in utero! What are my rights? I want to be daddy to my baby girl. I NEVER once indicated anything else!! PLEASE HELP!!

Take her lying butt to court, and if the two lawyers were aware of your existance, take them to court as well.

DNA has already been taken from the us, the birth parents, we're waiting for the judge to sign the papers to get my baby girls' test done. The BM is now cooperating with us. She has already given a statement to my lawyers about all the lies and deceit. We did find out that no adoption papers have been filed - only guardianship.

Oregon law is sooooo against birth father's!! All I want is my daughter - her mother LIED to get her adopted - Lawyer's in both CA and OR colaberated to get these lies to court for the adoption. And yes - adoption papers were filed. State law says that because I didn't file paternity papers 30 days BEFORE she was born, I have no rights to her!! I didn't even know the BM was going to OR to give her up for adoption!!!! The judge hasn't even ordered the DNA for my daughter yet to determine paternity - he either has a Dentist appt or is sick the last tow court dates!! The delays ar driving me nuts!! Someone help me!! I just want my daughter!! She is already 2 weeks old and bonding with people who are NOT her parents.
