H1B Termination - What Are Options for Out of Port Candidate
My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Kentucky.
Sir,
I was sponsored by H1B by Kentucky) based consultancy organisation whose owner is Indian. I went to USA for 3 months. After 3 months, my employer told me that he is unable to find a job for me and so he gave me return ticket (ie Louisville-India-Louisville). He said he will call me back to US after 3 months(return ticket) once the situation improves. Because of his oral promise, I relied on his word and came back to India. After 3 months, he said situation is still worse and asked me to stay in India for another 3 months. After another 3 months, instead of calling me back, He sent me H1B visa termination notice and he said you you lost the job and he has terminated my visa. Since I am out of USA for the last 6 months, may i request you to Sir kindly let me know..
What are the options left for me now to go to US again
What should I do to get back my H1B visa.

From what you say, you're out of status and out of the country; you also say that your H1B has been formally revoked. Thus, the process starts all over again.
Re: H1B Termination - What Are Options for Out of Port Candidate
Thank you for the reply..I have been told that if I get a sponsror from India, I will have to reappear for H1B interview at US consulate. But this H1 transfer will be above the quota of 65000.
Is it true? Please advise.
