Absolutely not.
First of all, not all counties in PA will emancipate a minor at all.
Second, in those that do, you have to be earning enough to completely support yourself. You, yourself, need to be earning enough to pay rent, food, clothing, utilities, transportation, insurance, medical care, and all the other incidentals of life, without depending on anyone else for part or all of your support.
Third, you (or any other teenager) would have a better chance of winning the lottery and getting hit by lightning on the same day, than you would of finding a judge anywhere in the US that would emancipate a minor teenager so that he or she could live with their adult girl or boyfriend. It simply will not happen.
And finally, "I don't like my school/living with my grandparents" is not a valid reason for emancipation in any jurisdiction in the US.
