Got a Ticket in Los Angeles County
I'm stopped at an intersection, and I see a cop stationed at a parking lot ahead awaiting to pull out onto the same street. The speed limit is 50mph and I clearly see him. I accelerate moderately and never go over 50mph, obviously because I see there's a police car waiting there.
He pulls out, gets behind me, turns on his lights and pulls me over. He says I was speeding. He said he paced me going 60 in a 50. How the **** do cops blatantly lie like this? I never even went over 50mph, I was going like 47mph and saw the cop the entire time. Think I can fight this with a winning chance?

What benefit do you think he gets out of lying?
