    Disorderly Conduct in Connecticut
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Connecticut

So last night, i went out to a bar to celebrate my friend's 21st birthday. Everything was going good until i had to go to the bathroom.

As i am by the urinal, taking a leak, random guy approaches me and says "Hey i need to use the urinal, back the F off" By this time i am drunk enough not to talk back or do anything..so i just keep doing my thing and finish my business..

He didn't say anything back, it seemed like he was walking away/out until he turned around and whipped a beer bottle at my face and then run out of the bathroom.

Again, I still didn't do anything, by this time, my mouth is all bloody and I'm in shock about what just happened, so i get out of the bathroom and the second i step out, two bouncers grabbed me and put me in a headlock...

They brought me outside of the bar where they made me talk to some cops, this is when i know i F'd up...I was real mad because i had almost just passed out because of the headlock i was in and my face was bleeding.

The cops say bunch of stuff to me and then they let me go but one of the cops started talking s*** as i was leaving "Your a f'in retard" "Get the f out of here" and the dumb ass that i am, i give him the finger.

So the cops put the cuffs on me, put me in a cruiser and brought me back to the station where i spent the night in a cell...

Next morning they told me they were going to give me a ticket and if i went to court and paid this whole thing would be off of my record.

The ticket is for a 53A-182 (Disorderly Conduct), i think i got it either because of the vulgarity (middle finger) or drunk in public (which im not sure if it applies since i had gotten thrown out of the bar)

I have never gotten arrested before, so this is my first time and I don't know how these things go, ive been to court once for a ticket and that's it.

So i guess im just looking for some guidance. Am i in a bad spot here? I cant really afford a lawyer so im not realy sure what to do...Any help/guidance will be appreciated.

edit: Keep in mind that i am not of age to drink but i dont think the cops cared about that as they never said a word about it.

If you can get it dismissed upon payment of a fine, that sounds like a good outcome.

Make sure paying the fine isn't the same as pleading guilty, disorderly conduct is a misdemeanor in Ct.They might just try to get rid of your case fast, maybe you can get a legal aid. If they offer something like time served and then you would be stuck w. a criminal record. Ask about a diversion program, which would let you avoid a conviction if you stay out of trouble for a certain amount of time then the case would be dismissed.
