Second Marriage and Re-Applying for AOS & I-130
I have a bit of a complicated case so bare with me here.
I entered the US as a visitor in 1999 and been here ever since.
    I married a USC back in 2005, I filed the I-130, I-485 & I-765.
I have received my EAD (which as expired since than) and I was
Scheduled for the green card interview. My wife was arrested and
Sent to prison for 6 month and when she got out I divorced her.
Needless to say I had to cancel my upcoming interview and withdraw
My case with USCIS. (all in all I was married for 14 month)
Now I have married again and I want to file For AOS again
    And here are my questions:
    1. On the I-130 do I put down my work place even thou I have an illegal
    Status (EAD expired in 2006)?
    2. My wife has been on unemployment benefits for the last 10 month
How much of a problem will that cause?
    3. Since I have applied once before do I need to do the medical
    examination again? And the biometrics?
    4. when I divorced and withdraw my case I received a letter from
USCIS saying my AOS process has been terminated and I was
Asked to leave the US (I did not leave). Will that be considered as
    immigration proceedings? (I-130 Q. 16)
    5. I understand that if I file the I-130, I-485 & I-765 forms all together
I have to mail it all to the Chicago lockbox, is that correct?
(I had a lawyer who did it for me the first time)

Any advice will be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance for
Taking the time to help me.

    1. If you're stating that you've worked illegally for three years, we can cut this short: Start working with an immigration lawyer.

    2. If she needs to sponsor you, then obviously her lack of means becomes an issue.

    3. This is a separate application.

    4. Not if it stopped with the letter.

    5. Read this.
