Accused of Sexual Assault in Pennsylvania

My question involves criminal law for the state of: pa

hello,cut the story short me and a girl had one night stand on sat night she made a claim on sunday that its was not consensual,which is not true,i wnat to know whats going on,i had been out drinking al day on the sun came home quite drunk,cops came to my house around 12 asked me for questioning which i had no clue what about,anyway me and my two friends all gave statements,its now four days laster and have heard nothing at all,how long does this case take to get to da or whereever it goes to get a warrant for me,will i defenatiely get a arrest warrant,what happens if i dont?how reliable are arrest warrnat site and how often are they updated?

need some questions answered as i am living in fear

Were you or the girl drinking? How old is the girl? How old are you?

The DA and the police need time to investigate. You may not hear anything for months.

Baystategirl is correct it can take weeks to just get evidence lined up (assault kit, statements). If your being wrongly accused you always have the alternative to speak with a criminal lawyer, which sounds like a good idea just in case.

and if your asking about the warrant sites where you have to pay for the search they are pretty useless for this type of scenario. By the time you search and find it you will already know its been issued Im sure.

i am 25 she is 23,it was at a party at my house,alot of drink involved,she satyed around the house the next day until 12 then left as if all was ok,i gave my statement on sun and then let go,then walked me back to house and took both my friends for a few questions as they where at party to,so it could take the da a matter of weeks to decide over a few staements?
