Unclear Arrest Location / Location of Offense
My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Virginia

I received a speeding ticket for going 42/25. The officer was parked on a median in between two streets. Now when the officer wrote my ticket there were a lot of mistakes and most of these won't probably matter in court except for maybe one. The officer wrote on the ticket that the Location of Offense was "E Mellen St/Mercury" and put the Arrest Location as "Same". Now there is a big difference between these streets...E Mellen is a 25mph zone and Mercury is 35mph zone. He was parked in between these streets but shouldn't he have to specify which street exactly I was speeding on? Will this hold up in court?

I know this doesn't matter but he also put my old address, left off my middle name, got my eye color wrong, and the year of my car wrong.

You were cited for 45/25, so presumably you were on E. Mellen. If you weren't, you would certainly want to raise that in court.
