If she fell while riding a horse, unless you own the horse theres probably someone that saw her fall is what im getting at. Keep them in mind if this goes to trial and then use them to clear your name.(the fact that she fell off the horse made me question that she doesn't own it)

I agree domestics are a very complex situation and a lawyer is your best bet to get all the facts that are best for you.

This is outright nonsense. Your argument is in the form that person A fell off of a horse. Person B owns the horse in question. Because person B is not person A, some person C saw person A fall. That is so devoid of any form of logic that it's almost funny. Almost.

And then comes the icing on the cake: that she fell off of the horse is why you question if she owned it! Person A falls off of a horse. Person B owns the horse. Because A fell off, and B isn't A, C saw it happen, therefore A isn't B!

The two things have absolutely no relationship at all. Ownership of a horse isn't a necessary component to falling off of one anymore than falling off of one is even anecdotal evidence that someone else owns it!

You must have some issues today let me explain in better terms since i obviously lost you somewhere.

She is stating that the bruising on her back is from the husband.
The husband states she feel off the horse and the bruising came from that.
IF NEED BE LIKE I SAID
Since that is pretty serious if there was someone that witnessed the accident on the horse and the bruising actually came from the horse why could he not use that to backup his claim that the injuries were not sustained by him?

that would be great if someone would have seen it, i was riding horse a and she was riding horseb that she owns and she wanted to ride horse a and got thrown then got back on horse b and five minutes later another rider entered the ring so no witnesses, still he said she said.
