Extent of Bicyclist Liability for Damages in Motorcycle Accident
My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Texas

A motorcyclist lost control and fell while trying to avoid hitting a bicyclist. No other vehicles were involved, and the bicyclist escaped with minor injuries to self and bicycle. The motorcyclist, however, incurred more extensive personal injury and significant damage to the motorcycle. The bicyclist was issued a citation for failing to signal before turning. What is the extent of the bicyclist's liability for the personal injury and vehicular damages of the motorcyclist?

I'm taking a guess here but if the bicyclist is at fault, he is liable for all damages and injuries. I see no reason he wouldn't be.
