    Birth Certificate and Paternity Rights
My fiance and I have been together for 5 years.. It was a long distance relationship all 5 years, so occasional traveling was required to see each other. Before she became pregnant, I strongly stated my family and I strongly believe in paternity tests, and with that said, she had no problem with it. The day she became pregnant, she refused to have a paternity test done, and yelled "trust" statements.. Me, being the person I am- signed the birth certificate, and as time pass, he looks nothing like me. I just ordered the cheek swab kit from APA to get the answer I cant get from her. If he's not mine, am I still financially responsible for him due to my signature on BC? Btw, I signed more than one paper, so I'm assuming that was the AOP.. Please let me know..

Probably. How long ago did you sign?

Then you should still be able to challenge paternity in court, since it was very recent.
