US Judge Orders Man from Another Country to Appear in Court
A man is ordered to appear in court by next month. The lawyers informed the judge that his wife has not yet applied for a visa cause of money.

Is there anyway that the man can come by next month? Can the judge threatened the man? I mean it sounded like a threat since she said that he has to show up and getting her is his problem not hers.

Where is the man, that he cannot comply with the judge's orders?

If he can't show up for court, it would be in his best interests to hire an attorney to help him either work something out, or appear in the man's place.

The man lives in the Philippines and will need a visa to come to NY. It was a verbal order by the judge. They were gonna try to go to the embassy in Philippines to see if there is anything that can be done but the court order was not written therefore the man have no evidence that he is due in court.
