Emancipation: 16 Years Old in California

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: California

I am 16 years old in california. I'vd lived w my mom all my life &I see my dad from time to time but I dont live with him. I cant stand living with my mom anymore. She is constantly stressing, yelling and takes everything out on me. Sometimes Im hit, but its only if i do something bad &she tends to act out of impulse. she somestimes says mean things to me. But I just deal with it. She says I have an attutide problem but I honestly dont see it. I have fairly good grades &I just want to get out. I have a plan if I am emanciapted. I plan to get my transcript from my private school &transfer to a public school and get a job. I will pay rent &buy all the things I need to get by. I know I can do this because I am good with budgeting my own money. I want to know if I have a good chance of being emancipated because the judge might see that I am in a good school enviornment &might think that I should stay there, but that means staying with my mom which I am trying to get out of. Is there still a chance for me to be emancipated?
