Seeking Assistance for County Health Dept
I have been dealing with my county health department (Harford, Maryland) for three months now on an issue & need legal guidance. I am trying to replace my home (1958 mobile with additions that make it a dbl wide). these additions were made at least 20 years ago & the County says they have no record of the improvements. It has been a 4 bedroom dwelling for at least 20 yrs. I have been fortunate enough to locate a 4 bedroom Manufactured home at an unbelievable price. I filed for a pre-permit plan review & since then have had a perc test, (they failed). Filed an appeal that they refused, but they urged me to file a re-appeal that I am now been waiting for it's answer for several weeks. My concern is that I have already had to re-apply for my loan a second time & I have several contractors & the seller of the home I wish to buy, on hold for far too long. Do I have any legal leverage?
Thank you for guidance to a Harford County attourney with experience in this type of ordeal.

Legal leverage for what? Getting an variance for being unable to provide a satisfactory perc?
