Drug Possession: Possession of Hydrocodone in a School Zone

I am in the state of Texas, being charged with a class 3 felony I believe, I am only 15 years old.

Okay, on approx Jan 26th, me and some friends purchased some hydrocodone at school. I was called into the office, but they did not find any pills in my possession & I told them I had gotten rid of them, but did have them at one time.:wallbang:

Now, a couple months later, I have served my six weeks in the Alternative Education Program (Got outearly on good behavior), and today I had an appointment with the Juvenile Probation Center. I will goto court sometime at the end of April, should I have the county appoint me an attorney? Or do you think I can get let off easier than I already am? Also, is there any way I can have my driver's license even though I am on a felony drug charge? Please tell me what you would do! I want my drivers license! Also, any ideas for community service (100 hours)!
