Citations for public drunkeness and a disorderly conduct

I have received citation for public drunkeness and a disorderly conduct, years back. The PD was 2001 and the DC was in 1998. I was cited at the scene, not arrested. Would that show up on any criminal background check? I am applying for a city job and was wondering if this would show up? Thanks.[/code]

If these were criminal convictions, you should expect that they will show up.
