Child Endangering
My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Missouri
I was the victim of an assault today. When my husband found out about the assault he lost it.The attacker was a woman much bigger than me and my injuries were noticeable but none severe. My husband lost his temper and confroted the woman while she was driving in front of our house reving up her motor,he then proceeded to kick the driver side window and it shattered, not realizing her baby was in the back seat. The baby was also present at the scene when she assaulted me.She was not arrested for assault but my husband was arrested for child endangerment. Is it not also child endangerment for her to have attacked me with her baby in the same room?
Please help husband is in jail as we speak
Another question, what is the usual punishment for a first time offender of child endangerment?

Re: Child Endangering
Your husband should retain a criminal defense lawyer.
Endangering a child in the first degree; in the second degree.
