    Failure to Obey Sign/Signal
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I was driving in a 45 mph zone. A Police Officer pulled me over and said that i was on the phone.. which is now illegal. I did not have a phone in the car. He then told me I was speeding, the ticket says (approx. speed 62 no laser).
However he wrote a ticket for Failure to obey sign/signal. N 21461(A) CVC
Do I have a good chance of fighting and winning.

Maybe. We really have no way of making a prediction or laying odds for you.

If you weren't speeding, fight the ticket. Be sure to note that he originally tried to get you for yapping on a non-existent phone. If you're lucky, he won't even show up and the case will be dismissed.

What sign or signal did you disobey?
