Emancipation Of a Child to End Support
My question involves child support in the State of: Missouri
I have a 21 year old and a 19 year old. Both in college. Mother signed both to college. I would like to emancipate oldest, when filing to do so, can mother modify child support amount for younger child? Can my child support cost go up? I am still paying for both even though oldest turned 21 last Nov. I need advice and direction. Thanks

Emancipation is not what you are looking for.

I need to stop child support for my oldest. Can ex modify amount for remaining child? Ex is now married and has more income. Ex has college expenses for children. Could my child support amount go up?
    Where do I ask?

Does your child support order require you to pay child support until your children graduate? Until some other age or event?
