    Emancipation of My Daughter
My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Oklahoma

My 17 year old daughter would like to emancipate herself from me and her father, we are seperated but not yet divorced. She lives with me but does not like the rules and wants so much to be on her own. She goes to school full time and has a part time job. She makes pretty good money and could probably support herself if she lived in low income housing. Is there any way that she can become emancipated in the state of Oklahoma with my permission?

Not to live in government subsidized housing, she isn't.

And emancipation in Oklahoma isn't a broad emancipation like in some other states - Oklahoma emancipation basically allows entry into contracts, but doesn't terminate parental responsibilities or confer other freedoms to the minor in question.
