16 Yrs Old Wants Emancipation

I'm 16 years old, living in New York. And I really need to leave now.
My only problem is that I don't know that much about the emancipation laws in New York and I don't know how to get them.
Can anyone help me with the requirements and the rights I may or may not have once emancipated?

--Very sorry about my sketchy reason. But I would prefer not to share details. And thank you for the link. I've received some information on my own and through the link. So far, from what I've found, there will still be a lot of legalities involving my parents even after emancipation (e.g. An Emancipated Minor is still required to obtain parental consent to get working papers and is limited in the kindsof jobs he/she can perform). I just need to verify this. Any possibility of receiving help?

Ask the question: "Assuming I am emancipated, will I have the right to: ______?"
