Getting Justice for a False Police Report

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida
Besides encouraging law enforcement to file criminal charges & forking out even more money, what is a legal way to have this person publicized,(like I was), about their crime & warn others of their warped trouble causing habit?
I am on disability & was accused of misdemeanor battery. It was in the papers & this person has called the law & falsely accused me over 12 times of everything from breaking & entering,harassment,turning power on & off,slamming my door...etc. Now this a completely fabricated tell of battery in which I was arrested,taken to jail, spent the night without necessary medication, 12 trips to court and$ to get this behind me. How do you warn the next landlord/victim of this persons quest for attention and enjoyment of others suffering?:wallbang::mad::(

Rather than escalating some sort of war with this person, consider trying to move on with your life.
